Amino functional silane coupling agent and adhesion promoter. Primary mono-amino functional silane — the general-purpose workhorse of the family, used wherever an organic polymer has to be bonded to an inorganic surface. Releases ethanol on hydrolysis, preferred where methanol must be avoided. Difunctional methyldiethoxy grade, with one fewer hydrolyzable group than the triethoxy analogue — lower crosslink density and a lower-viscosity cured film.
