ACSIC supplies the raw materials and specialty intermediates that formulations start from: curing agents and hardeners for epoxy and polyurethane systems, reactive monomers and resins, solvents, oleochemicals, hydrocarbon resins, UV stabilizers, flame retardants, base polymers, and specialty intermediates such as glyoxal. The same shelf serves coatings, adhesives, polyurethane systems and textile finishing.
Product Lines
Glyoxal 40%
Bifunctional aliphatic dialdehyde in 40% aqueous solution. Used as crosslinker, textile finishing agent, paper treatment chemical, and in leather processing.
Resins & Monomers
Acrylic monomers (MMA), alkyd resins (Coconut Oil, Long Oil, OMU, UV Curable), and polyimides including diamines/dianhydrides.
Solvents & Processing Aids
PCBTF, DMSO, Benzyl Alcohol, and specialty processing solvents for industrial formulations.
Oils, Acids & Specialty Chemicals
Fatty acids (Castor oil, Oleic acid), Ferric Sulfate, Hydrocarbons (C5, C9), Maleic Anhydride, and Acetylene Carbon Black.
Amines & Curing Agents
Amines (DETA, TETA, TEA, PACM, MEA, MACM, DIPA, MXDA), Quadrol, Amine Curing Agents (PEPA), Polyether Amines (D230, D2000, T5000).
Flame Retardants & Stabilizers
Flame retardants (PENTA, TCPP), Light Stabilizers and UV Stabilizers (292, 328, 770, 944), Antioxidants, Biocides, and Catalysts.

Curing Agents & Hardeners
Curing agents and chain extenders for epoxy and polyurethane systems — aliphatic, cycloaliphatic and aromatic amines, polyetheramines for flexibility and long pot life, anhydrides for low-exotherm cure, and aromatic diamine chain extenders for cast polyurethane elastomers. The choice of curative determines pot life, cure temperature, exotherm and the balance between toughness and hardness of the finished system.

UV absorbers and hindered amine light stabilizers that slow photodegradation in coatings and plastics. UV absorbers take up the radiation and dissipate it as heat; hindered amine light stabilizers do not absorb, but scavenge the radicals that degradation produces and are regenerated rather than consumed.

Castor oil and oleic acid — renewable raw materials for polyurethane systems, lubricants and coatings. Castor oil carries a hydroxyl group on the fatty chain, which allows it to be used directly as a natural polyol.

Flame retardants for rigid and flexible foam, plastics and coatings. Pentaerythritol is the carbon source in intumescent systems, where it forms the char layer that insulates the substrate; TCPP is a chlorinated phosphate ester used in polyurethane foam.
