High-consistency silicone rubber (HCR / solid silicone gum) supplied ready to mill, calender and process by compression and injection molding, using peroxide cure. Medium-hard general-purpose grade, the most widely used hardness range at 58 Shore A. Formulated for high-voltage insulation, with tracking and erosion resistance, at a higher 8.0 MPa tensile strength than the standard insulation grade.
