High-consistency silicone rubber (HCR / solid silicone gum) supplied ready to mill, calender and process by compression and injection molding, using peroxide cure. Hard grade for structural parts, rollers and high-pressure seals at 90 Shore A. Reinforced with fumed silica, giving a higher 8.0 MPa tensile strength, 100% elongation and 20 kN/m tear strength than the precipitated-silica grade.
