• N-(6-Aminohexyl)aminomethyltriethoxysilane

Amino functional alpha silane — the first nitrogen sits one carbon from silicon instead of the usual three, giving faster hydrolysis and condensation than a conventional aminopropyl silane. The long hexanediamine chain adds flexibility and a second amine group, improving compatibility and adhesion versus shorter-chain amino silanes.

  • N,N-Diethyl-3-aminopropyltriethoxysilane

Amino functional silane coupling agent. Tertiary amine — both hydrogens on the terminal nitrogen are replaced with ethyl groups — giving a less basic, more sterically hindered amine than the primary aminopropyl silanes, which reduces premature reaction with acidic fillers and resins while still promoting adhesion.

  • Diethylaminomethyltriethoxysilane

Amino functional alpha silane — the nitrogen sits one carbon from silicon instead of the usual three, which accelerates hydrolysis compared with conventional aminopropyl silanes. Functions as a crosslinking and anchoring agent in RTV silicone rubber cure, and as an adhesion promoter between organic resins and inorganic substrates.

  • (N-Phenylamino)methyltriethoxysilane

Amino functional alpha silane — the nitrogen sits one carbon from silicon instead of the usual three, which speeds hydrolysis and condensation well beyond a conventional aminopropyl silane. Improves adhesion of RTV silicone, epoxy and phenolic systems to metal, glass, ceramic, cement and plastics, and treats glass fiber for reinforced composites.

  • Diethylenetriaminopropylmethyldimethoxysilane

Amino functional silane coupling agent. Triamino-functional silane built on a diethylenetriamine backbone, giving three nitrogen atoms per molecule for strong adhesion on difficult, low-energy substrates. The methyl-dimethoxy silicon end gives lower crosslink density than the equivalent trimethoxy triamino silane.

  • N-(3-(Trimethoxysilyl)propyl)butylamine

Amino functional silane coupling agent. Secondary amine formed by reacting an aminopropyltrimethoxysilane with a butyl group, giving a bulkier, less basic amine than the primary aminopropyl silanes — this reduces premature reaction with acidic fillers or resins while still promoting adhesion. Releases methanol on hydrolysis.

  • 3-Aminopropylmethyldimethoxysilane

Amino functional silane coupling agent and adhesion promoter. Difunctional analog of the standard aminopropyltrialkoxysilanes, with one non-hydrolyzable methyl group in place of an alkoxy group, giving lower crosslink density and more flexibility in the cured interphase. Releases methanol on hydrolysis.

  • N-[3-(Trimethoxysilyl)propyl]diethylenetriamine

Amino functional silane coupling agent and adhesion promoter. Triamino functional silane. The three nitrogen atoms give the highest reactivity of the amino silane family and the strongest adhesion on difficult substrates, at the cost of higher yellowing tendency. Releases methanol on hydrolysis.

  • N-Cyclohexyl-3-aminopropylmethyldimethoxysilane

Amino functional silane coupling agent and adhesion promoter. Bulky secondary amine that reduces yellowing and gives longer pot life in one-component moisture-cure systems.

  • N-(2-Aminoethyl)-3-aminopropyltrimethoxysilane

Amino functional silane coupling agent and adhesion promoter. Diamino functional silane. The secondary plus primary amine combination gives markedly better adhesion than mono-amino grades on epoxy, phenolic and polyurethane systems. Releases methanol on hydrolysis.
