• Tetravinyltetramethylcyclotetrasiloxane

Cyclic tetrasiloxane carrying a vinyl group at each silicon in place of the methyl groups of D4. Supplied as a monomer for ring-opening polymerization and as a crosslinker or modifier for vinyl-functional silicone fluids, resins and addition-cure liquid silicone rubber.

  • 1,1,3,3-Tetramethyl-1-[2′-(trimethoxysilyl)ethyl]disiloxane

Specialty siloxane-silane hybrid intermediate, not a conventional coupling agent or crosslinker. A short dimethylsiloxane unit is joined to a trimethoxysilyl group through an ethylene bridge, combining silicone flexibility with alkoxy reactivity — used to modify and functionalize silicone materials and coatings rather than as a direct adhesion promoter.

  • 2,4,6,8-Tetramethylcyclotetrasiloxane (D4H)

Cyclic tetrasiloxane carrying a reactive Si-H bond at each silicon in place of the methyl groups of D4. Supplied as a monomer for ring-opening polymerization and as a crosslinker or modifier for hydride-functional silicone fluids and liquid silicone rubber.

  • 1,1,3,3-Tetramethyldisiloxane (TMDS)

Linear disiloxane carrying two reactive Si-H bonds, one on each silicon. Used as a hydride source in hydrosilylation and dehydrogenative silylation reactions, and as a chain-building block in silicone polymer and resin synthesis.

  • Hexamethyldisiloxane (HMDSO)

Simplest linear siloxane — two trimethylsilyl groups joined by a single oxygen, with no reactive functionality of its own. Used as a low-viscosity, chemically inert carrier fluid and as a raw material in silicone fluid and resin synthesis, and as a silylating agent for alcohols and carboxylic acids.

  • 1,3-Divinyltetramethyldisiloxane

Linear disiloxane with a vinyl group on each terminal silicon. Its vinyl content makes it an effective inhibitor for controlling working time in platinum-catalyzed addition-cure silicone systems, and it is also the ligand in the platinum complex used to drive hydrosilylation cure.

  • Octamethylcyclotetrasiloxane (D4)

Cyclic tetramer of dimethylsiloxane, supplied as a monomer rather than a finished fluid. Undergoes ring-opening polymerization to build linear polydimethylsiloxane chains, making it a starting intermediate for silicone fluid and elastomer production.

  • Decamethylcyclopentasiloxane (D5)

Cyclic pentamer of dimethylsiloxane, supplied as a monomer rather than a finished fluid. Undergoes ring-opening polymerization to build linear polydimethylsiloxane chains, making it a starting intermediate for silicone fluid production.

  • Octaphenylcyclotetrasiloxane

Phenyl functional silane / siloxane intermediate. Cyclic phenyl siloxane monomer for ring-opening polymerization of high-phenyl silicone resins.
