Vinyltriacetoxysilane

Acetoxy functional silane crosslinker for one-component condensation-cure silicone sealants. Fast skin-over and through-cure; releases acetic acid, so it is not recommended on concrete, marble or bare metals sensitive to acid. The vinyl group gives faster cure and better adhesion to plastics than the methyl analogue. Trifunctional, with three acetoxy groups — higher crosslink density than the difunctional methylvinyl grade.
