3-(Glycidyloxy)propyldimethylethoxysilane

Epoxy functional silane coupling agent. Monofunctional grade — dimethyl plus a single ethoxy group on silicon — so it caps a chain end or a surface without adding crosslink density, unlike the di- and trifunctional glycidoxy silanes already in the range. The oxirane ring still reacts with amines, anhydrides and carboxyl groups.
