Description
Bis-functional alkoxy silane — a trimethoxysilyl group on each end of a short ethane bridge instead of the single reactive silicon of the other alkoxy silanes in the range. Both ends hydrolyze and condense, giving a bridged network structure used in sol-gel and mesoporous silica synthesis as well as sealant adhesion.
